Dr. Varkha Lachman

Dr. Varkha , a highly experienced and dedicated family medicine practitioner, graduated from the School of Medicine and Health Science, Unika Atma Jaya in Jakarta in 1997. She expanded her expertise by completing a fellowship in Medicine at the National University Hospital in Singapore from June 2001 to March 2003. In 2007, she accomplished a Graduate Diploma in Family Practice Dermatology from the National University in Singapore.

Furthering her education, Dr. Varkha received a Diploma in Family Medicine in Bengaluru, India, in 2013, and achieved her UK certification, MRCGP(Int), with distinction. In 2018, she obtained the prestigious Certificate of Knowledge in Clinical Tropical Medicine and Travelers' Health (CTropMed ®) by competing with infectious disease specialists in the US.

Dr. Varkha is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, illustrating her commitment to professional growth and networking within the medical community.

Since 2009, Dr. Varkha has been providing valuable advice and care to numerous Embassies and Consulates in Indonesia as a family practitioner. She is known for her genuine love and care, always taking the time to patiently address their concerns.

Apart from her medical practice, Dr. Varkha is a trained Lamaze Educator and an active member of Lamaze International. Her dedication to education and patient care is reflected in her ever-smiling face and confident demeanor, instilling comfort and assurance in those under her care.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Dr. Varkha enjoys helping the less fortunate, playing word search and Candy Crush games, and indulging in spiritual music.
